Member Lounge is a communication and trade management online tool for Windowscar.com members. The sections and their functions are:

Message Center: to view the messages received and sent

Buying Tools: to post and manage Buying Leads

Selling Tools: to post and manage products and Selling Leads

Account Information: to manage your member and company information and change password.

2. Message Center

Message Center is an easy access to messages sent to or received from other Windowscar.com members. All messages you received are stored in In Box, messages you sent are stored in Sent Box.

3.Buying Tools

3.1. .Post a New Buying Lead

Buying Lead is an online invitation to suppliers to send you a Quotation. To post a Buying Lead:

Sign-in at Member Lounge, click "Buying Tools" and then click "Post a New Buying Lead."

Then fill in the Buying Lead form with all essential information including product name,

price and amount.

We suggest you attach a photo of your product and then Click "Submit" when completed.

After completing the Buying Lead form, the lead will display on your Manage Buying Lead page, telling you that your Buying Lead has been submitted and is being approved.

3.2. Manage Buying Leads

Within Manage Buying Leads, members can view the status of Buying Leads and Edit them. Please note:

 "Expired" Buying Leads will be deleted two weeks after their expiration date. You are able to edit/delete or re-post them.

Revising the business message only affect the message content, it will not refresh the message position on the list.

4. Selling Tools

4.1. Posting a Product

Go to "Selling Tools" within Member Lounge and click "Post a New Product.”. Then input the required information and click "Submit" when completed.

4.2. Post a Selling Leads

A "Selling Lead" is an online invitation to suppliers to send you a quotation. To send a Selling Lead:

Sign-in at Member Lounge, Click "Selling Tools" and then click "Post a New Selling Lead."  

Complete the Selling Lead form with all relevant information, including product name, price and amount.

Finally, we suggest you attach a photo. Click "Submit" when completed.

5.Account Information

5.1.Edit Member Profile

Posting a Company Profile is highly recommended for all members. By displaying your company details to potential partners, you are reinforcing your online presence and credibility. To create your company profile, please complete the form below with accurate and detailed information.

Clicking "Edit Member Profile" within Member Lounge

 Input all required information in the form below and click “Completed” bottom

Note: Your contact detail will be checked by our service team before updating them to the website. Before that you can not contact buyers normally. Please hold on for at most 24 hours and contact your buyers later.
